Dawn Bardoo

Associate Pastor: Dawn Bardoo (nee Taylor)

I have the greatest privilege of been born and raised in Paradise, on the beautiful and sunny

island of Jamaica, west Indies.

I am married to the love of my life, Minister Octavious Clinton Bardoo and we are the proud

parents of one son, Jóvel Bardoo. As a family, we worship at the West-End Worship Center,

Church of God of Prophecy. Residing in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. Secularly, I work in the

Financial Industry.

As a child, I grew up under the strict but loving guidance of the Church “Mamas”. So, it is no surprised that I was sweetly saved, baptized and filled with the Holy Spirit by the time I was 10 years old.

As a Teenager and young adult, I was deeply involved in children and youth ministry. Church

was my “Happy Place”.

I developed a great quest for religious knowledge and over the years I have completed advanced

studies which includes, graduating Bible Training Institute, completed the CBL Foundation

courses, took certified courses in Homiletics, Moral Vision & Ethics and completed the Paradigm

of Discernment at the Barnabas School of Ministry. Currently pursuing MDT courses so as to

stay on the cutting edge.

Serving as an ordain Minister in the Church of God of Prophecy, I have gained some lifelong

experiences that have helped to mold me into the image and likeness of Christ:

I have served over 25 years as a Sunday School Teacher. Taught every class…from toddlers to

seniors. My Motto: “Train up a child in the way he should go…when he is old, he will not

depart from it!”

Served over seven years as the Parish Youth Director for Hanover & St. James, Jamaica. My

Motto: “Youths are the devil’s #1 target!”

Served over 9 years as one of the National Evangelism /Outreach Directors for Eastern Canada.

My Motto: “Win the lost at any cost!”

I graciously utilized my Business/Accounting skills in serving as a member of Eastern Canada

National Finance Committee for several years. My Motto: “Give, and it will be given to you.

Good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over…”

It is indeed my humble privilege to be anointed to minister the gospel to my church family at

WEWC, other local churches, retreats, summer camps, revivals and at crusades across Canada,

United States, Bermuda, Barbados and Jamaica. And once in my life time (on a youth night) I

ministered at the Church of God of Prophecy International General Assembly. That indeed,

was the most humbling experience of my Christian journey!

I have a passion for God and my desire is to make full proof of my ministry and to serve the

Lord and His people faithfully. Blessings!
