After forty-one years of authentic ministry service, Rev. Dr. Frank W. Douglas has distinguished himself as an experienced Lead Pastor with a demonstrated history of serving in churches and religious institutions. He is skilled in non-profit organizational leadership, public speaking, biblical preaching, teaching, motivational speaking, theology, discipleship, pastoral counseling, mentoring and volunteer management.

I am married to the love of my life, Minister Octavious Clinton Bardoo and we are the proud parents of one son, Jóvel Bardoo. As a family, we worship at the West-End Worship Centre, Church of God of Prophecy. Residing in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. Secularly, I work in the Financial Industry.
